Form 6 Video Release!

It’s been a long time coming.. almost a year after superstar AcroYogis Andrew and Addy successfully demoed Form 5 [they are the first do do so!] for our AcroYoga : 10 Forms class, we have finally filmed and released our Form 6 video. I never thought I would go to Burning Man .. being as sensitive as I am I had so many fears about the harsh climate .. the heat, dust, and wind. I had fears about over-stimulation with all of the lights, the people, and the constant sounds. I was afraid of everything about it.

I am happy to say that I decided to go this year and that all of my fears disappeared. I was relaxed and open. I explored, I connected, and I went with the flow. I had an amazing time!

Our Epic Summer Roadtrip

I spent most of the month of July on the road with my beloved and a couple of super cool ten year old twins. We all piled into a blue bmw and made our way from San Diego, California to Montana and back again. It was an adventure to remember.

This evening I decided to pull together a collection of photos to highlight our adventure but, alas, I became lost in the remembering.. the funny moments and the grumpy ones.. the beautiful places and the people and creatures we connected with along the way.. and now it is hours past my bedtime and I have no more a collection together than I had when I began.

So, for now.. one photo.
