It’s been a long time coming.. almost a year after superstar AcroYogis Andrew and Addy successfully demoed Form 5 [they are the first do do so!] for our AcroYoga : 10 Forms class, we have finally filmed and released our Form 6 video. We filmed the video in the Nevada desert during Burning Man, after 6 days in the dust and hours of practice, and we had so much fun.
This video is material for students of our 10 Forms class to reference and practice from outside of class. Check out our YouTube page for the previous Form videos as well as some other fun projects!
