Offering yoga and healing at Ginseng has been such a gift for me these last few years. 💫 I’m deeply grateful for every person who has made the choice to take the time to practice with me. 🙏🏼 That being said, I’m feeling the pull to commit more of my time to my community at Liberty Arising and have decided to let go of my Tuesday evening class. I will not be offering this class tonight and there will be no class for the next few weeks. Some good news though! Julie Quinn will be moving her Yin Yoga class into the yellow room on Tuesdays at 6:30pm starting June 11th!
